CONVENTIONAL OVEN from frozen
Remove dessert from pack and place on a plate
Defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours
If not consumed immediately, cover and place in a refrigerator, consume within 24 hours.
How We Deliver
We have two different methods of delivery, depending on what you order from us.
You’ll normally see the same driver each time you order and they will deliver your order using one of our specialised freezer vans. For your peace of mind, our drivers are fully police-checked and wear a smart Oakhouse Foods uniform.
Because we cover most of the country on a weekly basis, we operate a regular delivery schedule. When you checkout, you’ll be given a choice of the next four delivery days available for your address. We visit some areas 2 or 3 times a week; others may be just once a week.
In most cases, our customers are at home to receive their frozen food order, so they can put it straight in their freezer. We’re also happy to assist by putting your order away in your freezer, if required.
If this regular delivery schedule isn’t convenient for you, you may like to consider our DROP&GO system, which offers an easy alternative.
If you have any queries about the delivery schedule, just call your local depot and they’ll be very happy to assist.
Paying for your Food & Grocery delivery:
Deliveries are FREE for all food & grocery orders of £30 or more. If you order less than £30, a nominal delivery charge of £1 is added to your order. This is clearly shown in the checkout process.
You can pay for your Food & Grocery order at the checkout by credit card or using PayPal. You can also pay with cash or cheque when we deliver. However, this option is only available when your order has no Homeware items included.
If you can’t be at home for our regular delivery time, just let us know in good time by calling your local branch and we can deliver using our DROP&GO cool box.
This will keep your frozen food order in perfect condition for up to 6 hours, giving you time to return home and store the order safely on your freezer.
When you call us, we’ll ask you for a secure place we can leave the cool box, and we’ll make sure the driver follows your instructions when they deliver.
If you had a DROP&GO delivery for a previous order, simply leave the empty cool box out for us and we’ll replace it with you next delivery.
New DROP&GO customers are asked to pay by credit card.
Please note that we do not deliver ice cream using our DROP&GO system. Because it’s premium quality, it does tend to soften – sorry!
DROP&GO cool boxes remain the property of Oakhouse Foods Limited. A small charge is made if they are lost or damaged. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
If you have particular delivery requirements (such as ‘leave in garage’), you can also give these to us as part of the checkout process.

If you order from our Homeware range, your order will be delivered from our central depot by our partner couriers.
