" Denauseating" With Ginger Tea


Persons: 1 Cup
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon of crushed ginger
1 tea bag
1/2 teaspoon honey
milk (optional)


Preparation:


1 - Bring water to boil with crushed ginger in it.
2 - Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
3 - Strain and pour in the cup/mug, add tea bag and stir honey.
4 - You can add a dash of milk if you want.
5 - It is very good to sip anyway.
