Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothies

The benefits of soy milk and pomegranate juice join forces in this lovely and refreshing beverage. 


Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothies

2 servings (3/4 cup each)

Ingredients

  • 1  cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2  cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2  cup soy milk

Directions

  1. In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
