My new favorite thing? Making milkshake cocktails. A milkshake version of the favorite buttercrunch candy.
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 cup buttershots schnapps
- 3/4 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1/3 cup buttercrunch candy, crushed
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
- Put ice cream, buttershots, amaretto, and buttercrunch (leave a bit behind for garnish) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with whipped cream and reserved buttercrunch.
