Delicious and refreshing sorbet to cleanse your palate after a meal.

- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 cup frozen (thawed) lemonade concentrate (from 12-oz can)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Lemon slices, if desired
- Blueberries, if desired
- In blender or food processor, place water, lemonade concentrate and honey. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into 8-inch square glass baking dish.
- Freeze about 4 hours until firm, stirring several times to keep mixture smooth. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.
