Lemonade Sorbet

Delicious and refreshing sorbet to cleanse your palate after a meal.

Lemonade Sorbet

4 servings


  • 1 1/2  cups cold water
  • 1  cup frozen (thawed) lemonade concentrate (from 12-oz can)
  • 3  tablespoons honey
  • Lemon slices, if desired
  • Blueberries, if desired


  1. In blender or food processor, place water, lemonade concentrate and honey. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into 8-inch square glass baking dish.
  2. Freeze about 4 hours until firm, stirring several times to keep mixture smooth. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.
